Fishing Event!

Added fishing event (bait for short)

While the event is active, every time you catch a fish at spawn you gain one point.

Killing a player will add all of their points to your score while setting the killed player's to zero.

The event lasts 15 minutes: whoever has the most points when the events ends wins.

Rewards are given for first, second, and third place with a small participation reward for everyone else.
