Traders and combat tag changes!

Traders can now be found around spawn in the form of villagers or other mobs.

They will sell miscellaneous items for netherite ingots, nether stars, and other various things.

Traders can be accessed quickly by using /tptrader <trader name>

Combat tag duration has been increased to 20 seconds. (Previously 10 seconds)
-
Firework rockets are no longer useable when combat tagged.
